Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Equipment
Securely place the tool in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades, batteries, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the tool's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
